This project was part of the shoreline protection program in the City of Chicago.  This section included: 5,700 lf battered piles, 56,000 sq. ft. sheet piles (PZ 27) and 11,500 lf of vertical piles.  In addition, we placed 5,700 cy of concrete forming a 26 ft wide promenade deck with five steps leading down to the edge of water.  On the "lake side" we placed 35,000 tons of armor stone to create a natural transition to the water.
