Will County I-55 Project

 

Major Bridge Rehabilitation of the two bridges carrying I-55 over the Des Plaines River. Work consisted of repairs to the floor beams and stringers, windlocks, pin and links, truss pin connections, concrete overlays, and other collateral work.

Completed Fall 2000. Earned a $750,000.00 early completion bonus and IDOT’s Contractor of the Year Award in this category.
